Method

  • Every collaboration starts with a conversation.
What’s your current situation? What do you want to achieve — and in what timeframe?
During this intake, we clarify where you stand, what your end goal is, and which resources we can use to get there.

  • Ambition only becomes powerful when it’s specific.
No “getting better,” but measurable outcomes. Examples:

    • Achieve an 8/10 grade for your thesis.

    • Build an Excel model that gives your company insight within three months.

    • Create and maintain a weekly planning you actually follow.

    • Lose 5 kg of fat or gain 5 pull-ups in eight weeks.

We also define a concrete timeline so every step is clear.

  • Based on the intake, we choose the structure that fits best:

    • Coaching: You remain in control — I provide structure, accountability, and expertise. This includes weekly check-ins, feedback, or structured plans.

    • Production: Sometimes it’s more efficient if I deliver the final product — for instance, a policy model, a statistical analysis, or a strategic report. You receive a finished and directly usable result.

  • Motivation comes and goes — structure remains.
Through consistent check-ins, we monitor your progress, address setbacks, and adjust the plan when needed. This rhythm ensures measurable progress every week.

  • Every trajectory ends with something real — not abstract advice. Examples:

    • A completed and graded thesis.

    • A financial or policy model you can immediately apply.

    • A weekly rhythm that keeps working long after the process ends.

    • A stronger body and greater endurance.

More importantly: you walk away with a system that continues to serve you — in study, business, or life.

  • You don’t go through this alone. I’m more than an advisor who checks in occasionally — I’m present, available, and involved.
That means quick feedback when you’re stuck, an extra call if needed, and continued support when it matters most.
It’s not about “billable hours,” but about your growth and consistency.
